Jobr & Co. (the "Service") is operated by Jobr App LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.
Jobr is a household and property management application, available as an iOS app and a web app, that lets you manage properties, staff, residents, expenses and income, tasks, calendar events, and documents, and includes an optional AI assistant. The Service is provided "as is"; we may add, change, or discontinue features over time.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account is intended for one person; do not share your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree to use Jobr only for lawful purposes and only with data you are entitled to manage. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other users' data, interfere with or disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer the app, or upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.
Jobr offers a free tier and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Paid plans are sold through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS and through Stripe on the web — Jobr App LLC does not collect or store your card details. Prices are shown in the app or on the web at the time of purchase, in the currency applied by Apple or Stripe; any price change takes effect only at your next renewal, with advance notice. Cancelling a paid plan stops future charges but does not, by itself, refund the current period or delete your data.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your payment method is charged the renewal price at the start of each new period. (a) Length: monthly or annual, as chosen at purchase. (b) Price: shown at the time of purchase; a price change applies only at the next renewal, and Apple or Stripe notifies you in advance. (c) How to cancel: on iOS, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and select Jobr; on the web, open Settings → Billing and choose Cancel plan. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. (d) Free trial: if a trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when the paid subscription begins.
When you subscribe inside the iOS app, the transaction is processed by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and subscription management — pause, cancel, change plan, resubscribe — is done from iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Jobr does not have access to your payment information. Refunds for Apple In-App Purchases are governed by Apple's refund policy and are handled by Apple. For web subscriptions billed through Stripe, contact us at contact@jobrco.com.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, on the web or on iOS. When you request deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which it is locked (read-only). On day 30, all of your data — properties, staff, residents, tasks, transactions, documents, and calendar events — is permanently and irreversibly deleted, and any active subscription is cancelled at the end of its billing period (no further charges). You may cancel the deletion at any point during the grace period by signing in and choosing "Cancel deletion." Once the grace period ends, deletion is final and the data cannot be restored.
The Jobr application — including its name, design, and software — is the property of Jobr App LLC. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. The content and data you enter remain yours; you grant Jobr only the limited license needed to host and process that data in order to operate the Service for you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Jobr is a management tool — it does not provide financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the decisions you make. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobr App LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using Jobr at any time, and you may delete your account as described above. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or where required to comply with the law. Simply stopping use of the Service does not by itself delete your data — to remove your data, use the account deletion process. If your account is terminated for a terms violation, you may contact us to request deletion of your data.
Jobr includes an optional AI assistant. The assistant is powered by a third-party provider, DeepSeek, and generates responses using large language models. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying any information the assistant produces before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobr App LLC is not liable for any loss arising from decisions made on the basis of AI-generated responses. The assistant is off until you opt in; its use is also governed by our AI Usage Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought before the courts located in the State of Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
